In these Terms, "Volunteer Coverage Advisors," "we," "us," and "our" mean The Hasan Agency, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Volunteer Coverage Advisors.

Program Description

By submitting your phone number through volunteercoverageadvisors.com or a Volunteer Coverage Advisors Facebook or Instagram lead form and providing consent, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Volunteer Coverage Advisors and from Mansour Hasan, a licensed insurance agent, and his office staff, related to insurance quotes and offers you requested.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your request and our follow up process. You may receive an initial confirmation message followed by a small number of follow up messages over the days after your request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming the opt out. You can also tell us to stop calling or texting you during any phone call, or by contacting us using the information below, and we will honor that request the same way.

Help

Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us using the information below.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US wireless carriers; performance may vary by carrier and device.

Eligibility

This program is intended for use by the individual who owns or is the primary user of the phone number provided, and who is 18 years of age or older.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

You do not have to agree to receive calls or texts in order to receive a quote or purchase any product or service.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

You and Volunteer Coverage Advisors agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or your interaction with Volunteer Coverage Advisors, including any claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as set out below.

Informal Resolution First. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to contact us at volunteercoverageadvisors@gmail.com or 865-288-9091 and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration Rules. Any arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and will take place in Knox County, Tennessee, or another location we agree to, or by phone or video conference if the arbitrator allows it.

Class Action Waiver. You and Volunteer Coverage Advisors agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, or representative action. Neither you nor we may join or consolidate claims with those of any other person, and the arbitrator has no authority to do so.

Right to Opt Out of Arbitration. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to volunteercoverageadvisors@gmail.com within 30 days of the date you first submitted your information to us. If you opt out, this arbitration agreement and the class action waiver will not apply to you, but the rest of these terms will still apply.

Small Claims Exception. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volunteer Coverage Advisors' total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or communications program, other than statutory damages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, is limited to $50. This limitation does not apply to claims that cannot be limited under applicable law.
